What is car detailing?

What is Ceramic Coating?
Ceramic coating is a cutting-edge protective layer applied to a car’s exterior that bonds with the paint, creating a durable, glass-like shield. This advanced coating repels water, dirt, and contaminants, making your car easier to clean and keeping it looking glossy for longer. Unlike traditional waxes, ceramic coating can last for years, protecting your vehicle from UV damage, oxidation, and minor scratches. It’s like giving your car a superpower—keeping it sleek, shiny, and well-protected against the elements.
What is the difference between detailing and a regular car wash?
Unlike regular hand car washes we use high quality gentle chemicals rather than cheap and harsh acids which can damage your paintwork and wheels over time.
We use a safe two-bucket system to ensure that grit and dirt does get onto our cloths and cause additional scratches, swirls and damage to your paintwork.
We use Spotless Water which is filtered to remove all minerals and impurities ensuring not to leave deposits on your paintwork.
We have an extreme eye for detail ensuring your car is not just clean but is back to a showroom standard.
We are convenient and come to you.
Once you have had your initial package* you are eligible to join our Maintenance Package which costs the same amount or less than a regular car washes closest comparable service for all the added benefits listed above.

Will you need to use my electricity and water?
No – I have access to my own electricity and water supply which is included in the price and you will not need to provide these.
Do you work in all weather?
Yes – we work in all weathers (except snow or some instances of extreme weather). We may in some circumstances need to move a covered area or a space large enough to put up a canopy for polishing and ceramic coating applications.
How long does a full car detailing service take?
The duration depends on your vehicle’s size, condition, and the level of service you choose. A basic detail can take 2–3 hours, while a full or ceramic package may take anywhere from 6–10 hours. We take our time to ensure every inch of your car is properly cleaned, polished, and protected.
How often should I get my car detailed?
For most vehicles, detailing every 3–6 months keeps your car in top condition. However, if you drive frequently, park outdoors, or want to maintain a ceramic coating, we recommend joining our Maintenance Package for consistent care and protection.
Can car detailing remove scratches or swirl marks?
Yes, detailing can significantly reduce or even eliminate light scratches and swirl marks through paint correction and polishing. However, deep scratches that have penetrated the paint layer may require professional bodywork or repainting.
Is ceramic coating better than waxing?
Absolutely. While wax adds a temporary shine that lasts a few weeks, ceramic coating forms a long-term bond with your car’s paint. It provides superior protection against UV rays, dirt, and chemicals — keeping your car glossy and easier to clean for years.
Can you detail electric or hybrid vehicles?
Yes – we can safely detail electric and hybrid vehicles. Our cleaning process and products are compatible with all vehicle types, and we take extra care around charging ports and electrical components.
Do you offer mobile detailing services?
Yes – we come to you! Whether you’re at home or work, we bring all necessary equipment, including water and electricity, to deliver professional detailing at your convenience.
