Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions: Sirius Detailing is a mobile service to your home or work. We require a safe place to carry out your service and it is the clients responsibility to ensure the booking is made in a safe location. Due to insurance purposes, as well as staff and YOUR vehicle safety, Sirius Detailing will NOT commence work on any vehicle that is on a main road or heavily used road. We also cannot work in pay and display car parks, permit holder only car parking or any shopping centre car parks. If your home address or chosen location has any of the above issues or you are unsure, please contact us first. We will always aim to help in any way possible. We do have access to a static location in Cardiff Bay where you can drop the vehicle off to us and collect once the work has been carried out. Failure to adhere to the above terms will result in a cancellation fee of minimum £30 or 30% of your booking total that must be paid if your appointment is cancelled due to a safety or access issue. Cancellation / Rescheduling policy If you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment you must provide a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to the arranged time. Failure to adhere to the above terms will result in a cancellation fee of minimum £30 or 30% of your booking total that must be paid due to short notice cancellation. Sirius Detailing can not control acts of traffic, acts of god or weather warnings. If Sirius Detailing has to cancel or rearrange your booking due to an unfortunate incident, We will aim to reschedule your appointment as soon as possible and make these arrangements with you directly. Our pricing can vary based on the condition of the vehicle. If your interior is heavily soiled with mud, pet hair or anything else additional charges WILL apply. We advise if you have any of the above or unsure if your vehicles condition would be classed as "heavily soiled" to send a few pictures before booking so that we can provide a fair estimate this can be done via Email to info@siriusdetailing.com or WhatsApp to 07743331539. If you have not sent photos prior to booking and we class your car as "heavily soiled" the price will be negotiated on the day before any work commences. If we cannot meet an agreement and you wish to cancel the appointment on the day the short notice cancellation fees will apply. By submitting your booking request and arranging an appointment with Sirius Detailing you are entering a written contract agreeing to the above terms
